Rights
Human rights in your own organisation and supply chain: prohibition of forced and child labour, freedom of association and fair remuneration. Relevant for labour-intensive suppliers and production in high-risk countries.
Data privacy
GDPR compliance, data security policy, incident management and rights of data subjects. Relevant for every company processing employee or customer data.
Anti-corruption
Policy and measures against bribery, conflicts of interest and unethical trade practices. Includes whistleblower schemes and integrity audits.
Regulatory compliance
Compliance with applicable legislation: environmental permits, labour law, product regulations and sector-specific standards. Includes recording violations and remedial actions.
